This assessment relates to fire safety matters designed to ensure that you, your staff and customers are safe from fire. It is not designed to deal with building protection, but as these areas often work hand in hand we may make recommendations that impinge on that aspect.
We will carry out a full and comprehensive inspection of the whole premises including all areas connected with achieving a safe means of escape from fire for all persons who may be in the building.
In addition to the written report we will include a single line drawing illustrating all the fire safety matters and structural fire protection required to achieve a FIRE SAFE workplace.
Once the Fire Safety Risk Assessment document has been produced a certificate of acceptance will have to be signed by the client for professional indemnity insurance reasons.
The final written fire safety risk assessment will be presented to the client and we will ensure they understand any actions that may have to be taken and will supply them with information regarding the review procedure. The final document may be combined with digital photographs to clearly illustrate particular items.
